What words matter, what ones don’t?
It’s easy for us to get offended over the ones that don’t matter and pay no attention to the ones that truly matter.
There is a time and place where words matter. I’ve had many frustrating conversations with people who are “spiritual” who like to tell me that we’re saying the same things just using different words, but it’s very clear to me that we are saying very different things.
On the other hand, sometimes there are things that in the big scheme of things are not going to be the end of the world, but we are dogmatic over the way that they are said.
What semantics matter?
