Have you ever really started to hit it off with someone, only to think back on the beginning of your friendship with this person and think “wow, I totally had no idea we were going to end up this close?”
Once you get close to someone, it’s so hard to remember not knowing them. You can remember the activities and maybe some of your thoughts, but to actually put yourself in the place of old you not knowing them seems to be almost completely impossible if not impossible.
Getting to know people is one of the coolest things there is to do, and I hope you get to do a bunch of it this year.
