How many guys when prompted asking if they could help actually do it? There are different levels of observation for each person. Some know when to help better than others. They legitimately have a gifting toward knowing when to help out and what to do. A lot of people go to the person in charge and constantly ask how they can help instead of just figuring something out to do.
