There have been several times over the last several years of adventure-seeking and planning that an extravagant adventure as to boil down into the bare minimum.

It’s easy to dream big, but most people never turn those big dreams into reality. What I propose is that you keep the big dreams and start planning for them. If you start with the big dream and then make adjustments as you go, by the time you’re done, it might look a little different, but at least you will have gone after your dream.

These are somewhat smaller dreams. I’m talking about a vacation you really want to do some summer or something. You might have a plan for it to be a 4 week trip to Iceland. There’s no way you can afford that and there’s no way that you can take that much time off, so now filter your results to fit in the criteria that the last option presented.

It’s totally fine and makes sense even to change plans as you go. Just be realistic of what you can do.
