Presenting ROI’s

Level Seventeen Stats

Weapons gained:

  • Connections +4: I’ve been focusing on working my way to decision-makers for our customers and being able to connect with them has been very valuable.
  • Ability +6: I’ve been working on presentations to present to customers on the ROI we are providing for them. Learning how to calculate this and look into customers to see exactly how we’re helping them is a much-needed ability as an account manager.
  • Knowledge +4: I’ve been diving deeper and deeper into Salesforce as there is kind of a company-wide initiative to utilize it better than we currently are. I’ve learned a lot about what it can do and what’s useful and not.
  • Discipline + 6: Weekend hasn’t been great, but I got into really good schedule this week for being disciplined and getting stuff done. I was even able to work on some extra projects!
  • Organization +4: Managing meetings while also working on building presentations and reports can be difficult at times. Learning how to balance, but I’m really happy with where I’m at.
  • Strength +8: Really pushed myself this week in increasing my strength. Both in my morning routines and by playing more Ultimate. It’s felt great and I definitely want to keep this pace up.

Kills: Was able to give an ROI presentation to a customer that was looking at leaving us. After looking at the presentation, they have become much more content with staying with us and want to discuss more how to utilize our system better.

Deaths: I’ve continued to have a bit of a lack of motivation the last couple of weeks. I may just need to push myself to learn more, but I would like to gain some motivation back.

Outside the Game

As I already mentioned, I got involved more with Ultimate frisbee this week. Most I’ve played in one week for awhile.

I started working on a video project last night and ended up staying up all night to finish it. Not my proudest priorities moment, but I’m excited I got the video done in one night.

Final Takeaways

As I continue to learn what my role in my company is made for, I’ve been in the process of shifting gears a bit to getting in front of decision-makers. This is going to be harder, but I’m excited for the challenge.
