In 7 hours, the new journey begins.

Before
After

3 hours ago, most of my earthly belongings laid sprawled out waiting to be organized and packed.

I cut out almost half of all of my belongings. I’m not going minimalist, but I’m ready for a much more simple life and that starts with getting rid of a lot of things.

Life is about people, not about things, so why should I have very many things?

I’m also coming to the realization that daily blogging has it’s really rough days. All I want to do right now is go to bed so that I can get a good sleep before my trip tomorrow. But I couldn’t do that. I had one thing left to do.

I’ve learned to love blogging, but it can definitely test you and your willingness to persevere even when the goings get tough.

It’s time for sleep, then it’s time to turn the page.
