One of the things you experience as you get older is a lack of understanding of the new world around you. The world is changing ever so fast. The new software that people are using, the new lingo, the clothing, etc. It all changed faster than you can blink.
Some people, as they get older, try to keep up with it. Others, by the time they are 25 are already annoyed by all the “new stuff kids are doing” and try to distance themselves. There’s likely a happy medium, but where will you lie? What are your hills to die on, and what is just your preference?
Don’t get left behind, but don’t follow blindly either…probably easier said than done.
