I’ve started a new rhythm with my accountability partner in hopes of increasing our energy and making us more productive. The new rhythm we’ve introduced is going to bed by 10:30…so far I’m already 5 minutes behind 10:30, so not off to a great start. Over the next week, however, we’re going to find out how helpful this new rhythm is. Though I’m fully expectant that it may take a few weeks to notice the full benefit of having an actual sleep schedule.
