One of the best conversational questions. Would you rather have time or money?

Of course with a question so open ended, it’s hard to come up with an answer. “How much time?” “How much money?” Many variables are involved, but if you were given only this much context, which one would you pick?

Some would be tempted to say time because to them life is about the experiences, and the more time you have, the more experiences you can have. Whereas, someone whoight say money, actually might use a lot of the same logic but say they’d be able to have all the same kinds of experiences and be able to fo them faster and better because they wouldn’t have to worry about the little things that get in the way of things like planning trips or going out to eat, etc. because they have the money for it.

Is there a scientific answer to answer the question of money or time? Is there one that’s just objectively better? Or are they neutral? Or does it depend on the person?

I think regardless of what you decide, the important thing from a Christian perspective to remember is that neither time nor money is going to solve the deeper issues in life, and neither of them is the reason we are here. They are both tools that allow us to live as we should, but neither of them is why we are here.

Don’t get too caught up in this world and forget the purpose of why God has created us and what our mission is as Christians.
