I have an attitude of “let’s always do it.” If there’s an opportunity to do something crazy or learn it from scratch, I will almost always do it. I enjoy the new aspect…and I just like doing things.
However, there are some boundaries when it comes to what you do. You can’t actually say yes to everything because there’s not enough time in the day.
Pick and choose carefully. Sometimes you have time in the day, some not. When you don’t, or you’ve run into a previous commitment, don’t just shrug that off. Stick to what you’ve decided. Don’t compromise.
