How do you define a waste of time? Is it any time you get done with something and regret it?

Is it any time you do something that doesn’t move you towards your long term goals?

Is it something you just feel?

As I think about this question more deeply, I feel all three of these apply at least to some degree.

How do you define wasting time? And how much of it have you done this week? Next week is a fresh week. Could you go the whole week without it?
