The most fun game to play in startups is “how long can you keep this job title?”
The size of the company causes you to have to constantly switch around what you’re doing and take on new hats, delegate other tasks, learn new roles, etc.
It’s a love-hate relationship. I love being able to learn so much and grow into all different parts of the business, but it’s also hard never really feeling like you can own one thing.
I have a recent tas that really falls more under the project manager title but I’ve never had much experience in this kind of a role. It will especially be difficult being that basically I’ll be the project manager and account manager for these things so I’ll report to…myself I guess.
I’m excited to take on new endeavors in any case and hopefully grow in my skills of project management.
