Things you wouldn’t have heard a hundred years ago:
*A conversation in my house in Austin, TX.*
“Who are you talking to?”
“My friend in China.”
The first transatlantic phone call being made in 1927, talking to someone in China while in the states would have been completely impossible.
Yet here I was just moments ago not only speaking to but video calling a friend who lives in China.
This was impossible a hundred years ago and would have been laughed at 200 years ago.
What are the things that are impossible today but will be possible in a hundred years? What ideas do we laugh at now that will be doable in 200 years?
