Every year my company sends out a card to all of our current customers. Since I’ve gotten to know people fairly well, it seemed important to put a personal touch on some of the notes we were sending out.
Now I have a stack of cards sitting in my room that need a note written in them.
While it’s exhausting, I know this will help cultivate relationships with my clients and that’s one of the most important things to me and my role.
I’ve been challenged to make excuses to write thank you notes in the past. This is one of my chances.
