Do you have to agree with what people believe to work with them to help someone else?

If someone had wrecked their car off the side of the road and you and a stranger went down to help them, would you ask what the stranger thought about Donald Trump before agreeing to help the other person?

Of course not. That’s absurd. We recognize the more pressing need at the time outweighs our political or spiritual views.

It’s important to know what level of priority a situation warrants. When someone is literally going to die, of course you don’t care about how you save them or who you do it with.

Sometimes it is important to align in your beliefs when working on something. But when you can understand the priority at the moment, you can see past that and simply work on what’s necessary in the moment.

Simple as that.
